Join Mary Reddinger, local Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher and Certified Pre and Postnatal Corrective exercise for this 90 minute workshop.

In this workshop, you will learn how postnatal yoga can address and assist in the healing of common postpartum challenges, such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, SI joint pain, lower back pain, and perinatal mood disorders.

The workshop will start with a short discussion, followed by a postpartum yoga practice. We'll work on strengthening your glutes and your abdominal muscles, connecting to your pelvic floor muscles, and releasing tension in your neck, shoulders, chest and upper back. You'll leave feeling nurtured, refreshed and restored.

You are welcome to bring your baby with you or not - whatever works best for you - but this class will not be taught as a baby & me yoga class. This workshop is designed for all parents who have given birth within the last 5 years.

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it! If not, there will be some available to use!
