Nest Caregiver Education Program

Join us in the Nest for a free caregiver education program from 7:00pm-8:30pm on Wednesday, October 26!
October's guest speaker is Marina Pearsall, MPH, RDN, from Rebirth Nutrition Counseling. She will lead a conversation about nutrition and intuitive eating for postpartum parents. Children are welcome to come and play in the Nest during the session!
Drop-ins are welcome, but please RSVP if possible so we know how many participants to expect.
