Healthy Sleep Foundations for Infants and Toddlers

Whether deciphering sleep cues, implementing effective bedtime strategies, or promoting healthy sleep habits, this presentation provides a holistic perspective on navigating the nuanced world of infant and toddler sleep.

This workshop is led by Leigh-ann Vlaar, a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant dedicated to transforming exhausted nights into peaceful sleep for children and their parents. Her journey was born from personal challenges and over 20 years of experience working with infants and toddlers. Leigh-ann intimately understands the complexities of addressing a child's sleep issues, offering a wealth of knowledge to meet parents' unique needs for better sleep.

Children are welcome to come and play in the Nest during this event.

Drop-ins are welcome, but please RSVP if possible so we know how many participants to expect.
